Le Château ambulant

The young Sophie, aged 18, works tirelessly in the hatter's shop that her father used to run before he died. During one of her rare outings in town, she meets Wizard Howl. He is extremely charming, but not very strong-willed... Misunderstanding their relationship, a witch casts a terrible spell on Sophie and transforms her into a 90-year-old woman. Distraught, Sophie flees and wanders through the desolate lands. By chance, she enters Howl's Moving Castle and, hiding her true identity, gets hired as a housekeeper there. This mysterious and dynamic "old lady" will soon breathe new life into the old mansion. More energetic than ever, Sophie performs miracles. What a fabulous destiny awaits her? And if her story with Howl was only just beginning?
