MEGA Evolution MEGFR

The MEGA Evolution MEGFR extension marks the return of Mega Evolution Pokémon in the French collectible card game. This first extension of the Mega Evolution series introduces a new generation of Mega Evolution Pokémon ex cards with rethought mechanics.

Unlike previous versions of the XY series, these new Pokémon ex allow the opponent to recover three Reward cards when they are knocked out, thus intensifying strategic stakes. Mega Lucario ex reaches 340 HP despite its status as a Level 1 Pokémon, while Mega Gardevoir ex displays HP superior to all Pokémon ex previously revealed.

The French Mega Evolution extension includes 188 cards (132 + 56 rare secret cards) and is mainly inspired by the Japanese extensions Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia. It also reintroduces Mirror Holofoil variants, absent since the Black & White series.
