This magazine appeared in 1982 and was the reference magazine for many. It covered many machines (PC, Atari, Amiga, etc.) which allowed it to have an overview of the entire video game market.
Late Tilt, the very first French video game magazine...
The #1 was also subtitled "Electronic Games" (and was only bimonthly), so much so that this field was still in its infancy. Atari was advertising Pac-Man, the test benches sometimes focused on board games or chess computers, the reader had the right to articles on arcade machines or pinball machines, and the consoles of the time made you take garish color blocks for spaceships.
After several years of market dominance, the formula became a bit out of breath, then let itself be overtaken by young people, with a more modern tone and layout (including Joystick).
