Mickey Parade is an emblematic French magazine of Disney comics, launched on April 3, 1966 by the company Édi-Monde. Initially designed as a special issue of the Journal de Mickey, it bore the number of the latter with the mention « bis », hence its nickname of « bis series ».
The magazine is distinguished by its three-band format, specially adapted to Italian comics which constitute the bulk of its content. It was in this publication that the character of Fantomald appeared in France, drawn by Giovan Battista Carpi on a scenario by Guido Martina.
After a first series of 66 issues (1966-1979), Mickey Parade adopted a classic numbering in 1980 and became monthly. In January 2002, it became Mickey Parade Giant before stopping its publication at the end of 2023. The magazine made its return in September 2024 in the form of thematic special issues, regaining its original name.
