Star Wars Transformers

The Star Wars Transformers represent a bold collaboration between two iconic universes, launched by Hasbro in 2005. This revolutionary line transforms the emblematic vehicles of the galactic saga into robotic mechs bearing the likenesses of Star Wars characters.

The original concept consists of mutating the Millennium Falcon into a robotic Han Solo, or the TIE fighter of Darth Vader into a mechanical version of the Sith Lord. Each figurine integrates mini-pilots that take place in the cockpits of the vehicles, thus respecting the narrative logic of the Star Wars universe.

Renamed Transformers: Crossovers in 2008 to include Marvel Comics, the line regains its original name in 2011 before ending in 2012. The first waves suffer from particular plastic quality, making certain grey parts susceptible to yellowing over time, notably the figurines of Vader and Grievous.
