Stephen King

Stephen King is an American writer born on September 21, 1947 in Portland, Maine (United States). He published his first novel in 1974 and quickly became famous for his contributions in the field of horror but has also written books in other genres such as fantasy, science fiction and crime fiction. His works have often been adapted for film or television with varying degrees of success, sometimes with his contribution as a screenwriter and, once, as a director.
