Mashle

Mashle: Magic and Muscles is a shonen manga created by Hajime Komoto, published between 2020 and 2023 in the famous Weekly Shonen Jump. The story takes place in a universe where magic determines social status, but where the protagonist, Mash Burnedead, defies all conventions. Devoid of the slightest magical power but endowed with extraordinary physical strength, Mash enrolls at Easton Magic Academy to become a "Divine Visionary" and thus protect his family.

This series, compiled into 18 volumes, stands out for its offbeat humor and parodic references, notably to the Harry Potter universe, while progressively developing a deeper plot. Its anime adaptation by A-1 Pictures studio began in 2023, followed by a second season in 2024, testifying to its growing popularity.
