On a singular planet located far beyond the solar system, Cybertron, whose peculiarity is to be entirely made of metal and to house robotic beings capable of transformation, a civil war has been raging for time immemorial, pitting the peaceful Autobots against the Decepticons, thirsty for conquest and power. The incessant conflicts have quickly caused a bilateral energy shortage, thus forcing the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime, to set out in search of new resources accompanied by a handful of soldiers on board the Ark.
