Détective Conan

Imagine a modern Sherlock Holmes, barely 17 years old, living in the late 1990s! As if that weren't enough, imagine furthermore that he has the appearance of a 6-year-old boy... Shinichi Kudo is a high school freshman at Tivedetec High School. For having solved several difficult investigations, many consider him as "the most valuable help the police could hope for". One day, as Shinichi was walking with Ran Mouri, he meets strange men dressed in black. Out of curiosity and intuition, Shinichi follows them and realizes that they are blackmailers. Discovered, they make him drink an experimental poison to silence him and the effect is unexpected...: he becomes younger. Shinichi, helped by his neighbor Dr. Agasa, a brilliant and eccentric inventor, decides to go in search of the secret organization of which he has been a victim. He hides his true identity under the pseudonym of Conan Edogawa, and takes refuge with Ran, whose father is a detective.
