Although a witch, although disobedient, Zouk has a big heart and often wants to do good. Offering shelter to animals in winter, saving trees that are about to be cut down, making a homeless person rich, or even welcoming Santa Claus properly (without scaring him away)... she doesn't shy away from any good deed. Unfortunately, she doesn't know her magic formulas very well... Result: crazy situations and a ton of blunders!
