Wazabi

Wazabi is a dice and card game created by Guilhem Debricon and published by Gigamic. Released in 2008, this family party game offers an original mechanism where the objective is to get rid of all your dice as quickly as possible.

The principle is based on a clever paradox: the fewer dice you have, the slimmer your chances of getting rid of them. The game includes 24 engraved dice and 36 cards, the latter allowing you to constantly modify the balance of power between players. Each die has three Wazabi faces, two blank faces and one card face, creating a mechanic where chance and tactics intertwine.

For its 10th anniversary in 2017, a special edition with sumo wrestlers was offered, testifying to the lasting popularity of this "vacation game" that is easy to transport. An expansion allowing up to 8 players to play also enriched the gaming experience.
