Timeline - Classique

Place your cards in chronological order! At the beginning of the game, all players receive the same number of cards representing monuments, inventions, etc. On the back of each card, a date is indicated. To start, a card is drawn at random from the cards not distributed to the players. It is placed in the center of the table with the date visible and constitutes the starting point of a chronological line that will be completed by the players. The first player then chooses one of their cards. If they think the date on their card is earlier than that of the initial card, they place their card to the left of the latter. If they believe their invention was created later, they place their card to the right of the initial card. The player's card is then turned over, with the date visible. If they are right, it remains in place. Otherwise, their card is discarded and they must draw another to replace it. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the game!
